Hi Tati - The kitchen sink and the old stove are actually pretty neat... You might want to look up the stove on the internet and see if you can sell it. As for the sink, it might wok great as an outside work sink if you incorporate it in workbench for all the stuff that has to be done outside! Those 2 things I think are worth recycling...
I loved the old Sears house plans! Is that going to be any help to your contractors? I think it might, especially if they can find the detailed architectural plans in the Sears archives.
